How far in advance should I book?
We ask that all rentals be reserved at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability and scheduling.
Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We provide delivery services within our delivery area. Delivery pricing is based on distance traveled.

How far do you deliver?

We currently deliver up to 80 miles from Breese, Illinois.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes. A refundable $150 security deposit is required for rentals.

When is payment due?
The remaining balance is due at pickup or delivery time.
What happens if equipment is damaged?
Customers are responsible for any excessive damage beyond normal wear and tear. Equipment is inspected upon return.
Do you send reminders before my event?
Yes! We send email reminders before both pickup and return times to help keep your rental experience smooth and stress-free.
